SERVICES
ENCON is a one stop solution right from selection of plot, working out feasibility of proposal and providing liasoning and technical consultancy services till completion of project.
Architectural Work
Planning of buildings on the plot based on physical and level survey in conformity to prevailing rules and reputation and as per requirements of clients. Assuring that work is executed as per approved plans and design of consulting architects.
Coordination with various consultants during planning and execution of work.
Preparation of sale plans, calculation of RERA carpet area. Issuing certificates required by clients during various stages of construction.
Liasoning Work
Guidance to clients during plot selection. Checking of plots for zoning, CRZ, wetland, forest and examining feasibility of the project. Coordination for obtaining various documents from various authorities. Submission of proposal to planning authority and obtaining approvals from various agencies like Fire department, Tree department and Town planning department obtaining plinth completion and occupancy certificates. Coordination with Environment consultants for obtaining Ministry of Environment, Forest MOEF approvals. Coordination with CRZ, Forest department consultants if required.
Site Services for Civil and Architectural work
Physical level survey coordination. Setting up of buildings at site based on approved plans. Periodic supervision of building to ensure conformity to building approval. Fixing up plinth level, reclamation levels and ensuring storm water drainage compliance as per approvals. Checking of site infrastructure like roads, sewerage, rainwater harvesting pits etc. Coordination with structural engineers, PMC consultants and other consultants.
RERA Certifications
Coordination with clients for submission of approved proposals for registration to RERA authority. Issuing certificates as per work progress and final certificate on completion of building as per formats of RERA.
Structural Work
Structural engineer designs services from our panel of consultants from foundation to superstructure. Coordination with consulting architects, liasoning architects and other consultants for execution of work as per sanctioned plans.
Project Management Consultancy
Our team of PMC personnel are involved after the stage of approval. Activities include tendering, selection of contractors, coordination with various consultants and arranging coordination meetings at periodical intervals, checking of contractors’ bills, monitoring progress of work for timely completion.
